Biggest question of the day: should we bail out the auto industry? Lots of calls. About 50/50 on the issue. Vote in our poll on the right. Former Congressman and Talkradio News analyst Bob Ney was among those offering thoughts.
I was very impressed with Barack and Michelle Obama's 60 Minutes interview last night. They seemed self-asured, but not cocky. Comfortable in their own personna, comfortable with each other, and comfortable with the roles they are assuming. They seemed like a thoughtful, pleasant, intelligent couple. A sense of calm comes from them both. Reassuring.
ENTERTAINMENT: Paula Abdul may be leaving American Idol, and 007 is a big hit at the box office again.
And in some of our regular GOOFY NEWS segments: a man pees on a cop, a woman divorces her hubbie for a "virtual affair", and a North Carolina woman wins a lawsuit after she was tossed out of a dance hall for "dirty dancing"--she's 64!
