What a glorious weekend in the Valley! Beautiful weather. Great race. People milling around downtown, at the parks, in our local businesses.......Saw Star Trek. Loved it! A great flick on its own, but an extra treat for those of us who are fans of the original. I expected a bigger crowd. Less than 20 in the theater. Only 2 looked under 40. Mike's Sunday newspaper column gets my blood pressure up since he and I are on different political wavelengths, but his piece on "luxury camping" was a fun holiday read...When a cop car rolls up beside you and motions you over, I get nervous. But the officer gave me a thumbs up and just wanted to say he loves the weekly TV show on Comcast14. Whew!......BTW, after doing the show on location on the riverfront this week, I think we may do "location shows" all summer
